The video above is an example of a 2D explainer video which is led by a character.

The Ali character already existed in other media and his design was therefore fixed. His movements are done using a very simple forward kinematic rig. He was animated using control points in his neck, face, eyes, eyebrows, mouth, shoulders, arms, body and headband.

The video makes use of overshoot and inertial bounce techniques which gives is a light feel.

Sound design was done using the [licensed] Envato Elements library to keep costs down!
